How does the new bank connection feature work?
Starting in 2025, you can link your bank and credit card accounts directly to 5 Minute Bookkeeper, so your transactions are automatically imported into the spreadsheet. No more manual data entry, just quick and easy bookkeeping.
What if I have multiple businesses, do I have to purchase multiple systems?
No. You can purchase one year of bookkeeping and use it for multiple businesses for that particular year.
Does 5 Minute Bookkeeper generate a balance sheet?
No however our team can help you to create a balance sheet using numbers from your P&L, Liabilities (loan, credit card balances etc.) and Assets (Bank accounts etc.)
I'm a bookkeeper, can I use 5 Minute Bookkeeper to do my clients' bookkeeping?
No. Unfortunately 5 Minute Bookkeeper doesn’t have the capability yet to be licensed to Bookkeepers and Accountants but as soon as we do we will announce it
What is your refund policy?
When you purchase 5 Minute Bookkeeper, you're able to instantly access the program and download all bookkeeping tools. So, unfortunately, I do not offer refunds. Does 5 Minute Bookkeeper create invoices and collect payments?
No, because 5 Minute Bookkeeper is a simple spreadsheet system to track income and expenses. We recommend using Square or Stripe for invoicing and payment collection
